Our company processes deep holes with high efficiency. We can process hole diameters from 10φ to 250φ and depths up to 4,000 mm. Additionally, we can perform hole drilling on materials with high hardness. Using high-hardness tips, we can drill holes in various materials with hardness levels ranging from HRc40 to HRc50. Our company supports BTA deep hole machining, which discharges chips with high-pressure, large volumes of cutting oil while also providing cooling. In the BTA method, cutting oil is supplied to the cutting area through a pressure plate via the gap between the hole inner surface and the boring bar (hollow pipe), and chips are discharged through the inside of the boring bar. As a result, the finished surface is cleaner and free of burrs compared to conventional drilling processes. Leave deep hole drilling using the BTA method to us!

We offer deep hole drilling processing using the BTA method and the gun drill method. We can process thick-walled pipes, thin-walled pipes, and pre-drilled holes for lathe machining, and if there is a margin for clamping with a double chuck, we can also process black steel materials. Additionally, blind holes are also possible.
